Shipping Questions
Here are our estimated delivery times:
- Processing time: 2 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday)
- Transit time: 5 to 7 business days via FedEx
- Estimated total delivery: 7 to 11 business days
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or during federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $99 or more within the continental United States. Orders under $99 have a flat shipping rate of $7.99.
We ship exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States. We currently do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- P.O. Boxes
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
- International destinations
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You have up to 2 hours after placing your order to request an address change. Please email us at contact@veyrro.com with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible.
After 2 hours, or once your order has entered fulfillment, we are unable to modify the shipping destination.
Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
Yes. We use SSL encryption on all pages of our website. All payment transactions are processed through Stripe and PayPal, which are PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.
Yes, we offer a 12-hour cancellation window. To cancel your order within this timeframe, please email contact@veyrro.com with your order number.
After 12 hours, your order may have entered the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled. In that case, you will need to wait for delivery and follow our return process.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package through:
- The link in your shipping confirmation email
- The FedEx website directly

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after shipment for tracking details to appear in FedEx’s system.
Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax rates are determined by state and local regulations where your order is being delivered.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be unread, unmarked, and in original condition to be eligible for a return.

To initiate a return:
- Email contact@veyrro.com with your order number and reason for the return
- Wait for our team to review your request and send you a Return Authorization
- Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service
Please do not send returns without first contacting us for authorization.
- Defective or wrong items: We pay return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Change of mind: You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item (usually within 1 to 2 business days), we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
No. We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
If your book arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging
- Email the photos along with your order number to contact@veyrro.com within 48 hours of delivery
We will send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different book, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the title you want.
