At Veyrro, we want you to be completely satisfied with every book you purchase. If something is not right — whether you changed your mind, received the wrong item, or your book arrived damaged — we are here to make it right.
We partner with trusted third-party book distributors to fulfill orders. This means books ship directly from our fulfillment partners to your door. Our return process is designed to be simple and fair, regardless of where your order originated.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind right after ordering? No problem.
Cancellation Window: You have 12 hours from the time you place your order to cancel or make changes.
To cancel, email us immediately at contact@veyrro.com with your order number. We will confirm your cancellation and issue a full refund.
After 12 hours, your order has likely entered the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled. In that case, you will need to wait for delivery and follow our return process below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your book must meet these conditions:
Acceptable for Return:
- Unread and unmarked
- Spine unbroken
- No writing, highlighting, or dog-eared pages
- In original or equivalent protective packaging
Not Eligible for Return:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
- Books showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components

How to Start a Return
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Step 1: Email contact@veyrro.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Step 2: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will send you a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to ship the package.
Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your refund is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return:
We Pay (Prepaid Label Provided):
- We sent the wrong book
- The book arrived damaged or defective
- The order was fulfilled incorrectly
You Pay:
- Change of mind
- Ordered the wrong title by mistake
- No longer want the item
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge restocking fees. The amount you paid for the book is the amount you will receive back (minus original shipping if applicable for change-of-mind returns).
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, here is what happens:
- Inspection: We inspect returned items within 1 to 2 business days of arrival.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirming we received your return and whether it was approved.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method (the same credit card or PayPal account used at checkout).
- Bank Processing: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the credit to appear on your statement.
If you have not seen your refund after 7 business days from our approval email, please check with your bank first, then contact us if the issue persists.
Damaged or Defective Items
Books sometimes get bumped around during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, here is what to do:
Within 48 Hours of Delivery:
- Take clear photos of the damage (both the book and the packaging)
- Email the photos along with your order number to contact@veyrro.com
We will review your case promptly and offer you a choice:
- Replacement: We will ship a new copy at no additional cost (subject to availability)
- Full Refund: We will refund the full purchase price including any shipping you paid
You do not need to return damaged items unless we specifically request it. In most cases, we will ask you to dispose of or donate the damaged book.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong book, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at contact@veyrro.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item you received
- The title you were expecting
We will send you the correct book right away and provide a prepaid label to return the incorrect item at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different title, the fastest approach is:
- Return the original item for a refund (following the process above)
- Place a new order for the book you want
This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible without waiting for us to receive and process the original.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused Delivery: If you refuse a package at the door, original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package to our fulfillment center will be deducted from your refund.
Undeliverable Address: If a package is returned because the address was incomplete, incorrect, or the recipient was unavailable after multiple attempts, we will refund the book price minus shipping costs. You may then place a new order with the correct address.
Lost or Missing Packages
Stuck in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us. We will open an investigation with FedEx and keep you updated.
Confirmed Lost: If FedEx confirms your package is lost, we will offer you a choice of a full refund or a replacement shipment at no extra cost.
Marked Delivered But Not Received: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you do not have your package, please:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, or at your building’s front desk
- Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly early)
- If still missing, contact us with your order number
While we cannot be held responsible for theft after delivery confirmation, we will assist you in filing a claim with FedEx and work to find a fair resolution.
Out of Stock Items
On rare occasions, a book may become unavailable after you place your order. If this happens, we will notify you promptly by email with the following options:
- Wait for the item to come back in stock (if a restock date is known)
- Choose an alternative title of equal value
- Receive a full refund
We will never charge you for a product we cannot fulfill.
