Veyrro partners with trusted book distributors throughout the United States to deliver your favorite reads straight to your door. We do not operate a physical warehouse — instead, our fulfillment partners handle storage and shipping on our behalf. This model allows us to curate a diverse catalog of Biographies, Cookbooks, and Self-Help titles while keeping prices fair for you.
Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship.
Shipping Destinations
We ship exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States.
Locations we cannot deliver to:- Alaska
- Hawaii
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
- P.O. Boxes
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
- Any address outside the United States
Orders placed with a restricted shipping address will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.
Processing Your Order
When you place an order, our fulfillment team gets to work preparing your books for shipment.
- Processing Time: 2 to 4 business days
- Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays)
- Business Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
- Order Cut-Off: 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
If you place your order before 4:00 PM ET on a business day, processing begins that same day. Orders submitted after 4:00 PM ET, on weekends, or during federal holidays will enter processing on the next available business day.

- Delivery Days: Monday through Friday
From the moment you click “Place Order” to the day your books arrive, you can expect a total of approximately 7 to 11 business days under normal conditions. Please note that peak shopping seasons, severe weather, or unexpected carrier delays may occasionally extend this estimate.
Shipping Costs
Our shipping fees are straightforward with no hidden charges.
- Orders totaling $99.00 or more: FREE shipping
- Orders under $99.00: Flat rate of $7.99
The amount shown at checkout is exactly what you pay — no handling fees, no processing surcharges, no surprises. Shipping costs are calculated on your merchandise subtotal before taxes are applied. From time to time, we may offer promotional free shipping with different thresholds. Any special terms will be clearly displayed during the promotion.
Sales Tax Information
Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax rates are determined by state and local regulations where your order is being delivered. You will see the exact tax amount on your order summary before completing your purchase.
Tracking Your Shipment
Every order includes tracking information so you know exactly where your books are.
- Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you an email with your FedEx tracking number.
- Please allow 24 to 48 hours after shipment for tracking details to appear in FedEx’s system.
- You can monitor your delivery through the link in your shipping confirmation email, directly on the FedEx website, or by visiting our Tracking Order page at veyrro.com/tracking-order.
If your tracking information has not updated within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us before reaching out to FedEx. We often resolve shipping inquiries faster through our direct merchant channels.
Changing Your Shipping Address
Noticed a typo in your address? Let us know right away.
- Address Change Window: You have up to 2 hours after placing your order to request an address correction.
- To request a change, email us at contact@veyrro.com with your order number and the corrected address.
After the 2-hour window closes — or once your order has entered fulfillment — we are unable to modify the shipping destination. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that you provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase.
Delivery Issues
Sometimes packages encounter problems along the way. Here is how we handle common situations.
- Package Shows “Delivered” But You Have Not Received It: First, check around your property, with neighbors, or at a building office if applicable. Carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots. If you still cannot locate it after 24 hours, contact us with your order number, and we will investigate.
- Package Stuck in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, reach out to us. We will open an inquiry with FedEx and keep you updated on the resolution.
- Returned to Sender: Packages may be returned to our fulfillment center if the address was incomplete, the recipient was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, or the package was refused. In these cases, we will contact you to discuss next steps. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returned packages caused by address errors or refusal.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging, but transit damage can occasionally occur.
- If your order arrives damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference and product availability.
- If your package is confirmed lost: Once FedEx confirms a package is lost, we will either reship your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund — your choice.
- Resolution Timeframe: We aim to resolve all shipping issues within 5 to 7 business days after our investigation begins.
Items Out of Stock or Delayed
On rare occasions, a book may become unavailable after you place your order.
If this happens, we will notify you promptly by email with the following options: wait for the item to come back in stock (if a restock date is known), choose an alternative title, or receive a refund for the affected item. We will never charge you for a product we cannot fulfill.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Certain events may impact delivery times despite everyone’s best efforts. These include but are not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier service disruptions
- Public health emergencies
- Federal holidays or peak season volume
When widespread delays occur, we will do our best to communicate updates through email or our website. We appreciate your patience during these situations and are always here to answer questions about your specific order.
